It all started with a request...
When I was younger, my brother requested cheesecake for his birthday every year, and I was under the impression that I didn’t like cheesecake. So, I set about finding a way to make cheesecake I would enjoy.
Turns out, I like cheesecake as a way of conveying new flavors and combinations to the dessert table. Wildflower’s classic vanilla cheesecake is a winner, but it gets even better with new toppings. On the right is an order I made for a tea party; small classic cheesecakes and an array of jams so that guests could build their ideal flavor.
Starting in November 2022, I opened my custom bakery. I operate out of Red Poppy Cakery’s kitchen in Waterbury, VT and sell at pop-up sales and farmer’s markets, as well as fulfilling custom orders outside of weekly events.

As we head into the warmer months, fruity flavors take the forefront; waking us back up from a long winter. But, there are also some spiced favorites, perfect for the occasional cooler day.

Order Inquiries
Unfortunately, we do not have an online ordering option at this time. However, we have inquiry forms.
Once you click the appropriate button, you will be redirected to a Google form. After you fill it out, you will receive a response from our team within 36 hours. If you have not heard back from us by that point, please send an email or call us to confirm that the form went through.

Important Information from the Baker
For the moment, WBC is a one-woman shop, doing pop-ups out of Red Poppy Cakery's storefront (1 Elm Street, Waterbury, VT).
If you would like to place a special order for pick-up, please email Martha at martha@wildflowerbaking.net. Please reference the seasonal menu when making your request, but with 5+ days notice, additional options may be available, such as designing your own cheesecake or ordering custom cookies. Include the date you would like to pick up your order with your inquiry, as well as any allergies or dietary restrictions.
